Outdoor Provencal cooking class
Our Chef Anthony Somers is offering to share his passion and his hints during a Provencal cooking class accessible to all levels. He will introduce you to market produce, herbs and olive oils of Vallée des Baux de Provence. The cooking class is run outside in the garden of the hotel among the olive trees !
- From 9.30 to 10.30 am, purchase of the products, seasonnal fruits and vegetables on the Provencal market or at local producers nearby the hotel,
- From 10.30 to 12.30 am, : cooking class in the garden and preparation of a starter, a main dish and a dessert,
- From 12.30 am, lunch with the dishes prepared and tasting of local wines from les Alpilles. Lunch is served on the terrace near the swimming-pool.
Rates : Euros 95 / person for a group of 2 to 4 persons (1/2 bottle of wine included, soft beverages not included), Euros 55 for children of less than 12 years old.
Available days for classes : Every morning from wednesday to saturday. Bookings must be made through the hotel Reservation.
