OLIVE OIL HARVEST
The harvest is finished! We have picked up approximately 1.2 ton of olives which we brought to Castelas olive mill located in les Baux de Provence. This olive mill offers free visits and tasting all tuesday and thursday mornings from 10 to 11 am. Prior booking at Reception is recommended

DEVELOPMENT OF ALPILLES NATURAL SITE
Since 2007, the area of Alpilles is part of the Alpilles Natural site. It is the opportunity to discover the protected animals and plants of the natural site with a guided private tour. Since a few weeks, you can book directly at reception.
