Beautiful, generous and precious trees, drenched by the warm Mediterranean light and swept by the mistral, the olive trees are the treasure of the Alpilles and of the Mas de l’Oulivié !

Each autumn they produce sweet oil with a woodland fragrance and a fruity aroma of truffles and dried fruits.

Set inside the olive grove that surrounds the Mas, you will find a beautifully landscaped swimming-pool that will take you by surprise with large rocks, a beach reaching into the water and a built in spa. Looking out to the chalky rock hillsides, the view from the sun loungers is just exceptionnal.

So that each and every one may freely enjoy the holiday of their dreams, breakfasts and lunches are served on the swimming-pool terrace without respecting the traditional restaurant hours.

Take time to savour the gourmet pre-meal toasts, the wonderful salads seasoned with the Mas de l’Oulivié’s very own olive oil, gazpacho, grilled meats with mixed herbs of Provence and delicious little goats’ milk cheese from St. Rémy, …, Of course, the local wines accompany the menu served on designer plates.

Later on, ice-creams, drinks and cocktails are served on request, at the bar, by the swimming-pool or in the hotel’s lounge.
