On your left, next to the swimming-pool, a small
lavender field serves the making of lavender-bags
which are sold at the hotel’s boutique.

olive varieties typical of our terroir :
grown at the hotel. Each autumn, our harvest is
brought to Moulin Castelas in les Baux de Provence
which produces an AOC olive oil which expresses
the green fruity character of the terroir of Vallée
