chef takes inspiration from
local products so
that you can enjoy the rich
culinary heritage of Provence.
Our restaurant is closed on evenings. The reception is at your service for advice and booking in one of the numerous restaurants close to the hotel in the nice villages of Paradou, Fontvieille, Maussane-les-Alpilles et les Baux-de-Provence.
The
terrace
is decorated with solanums, lemon and orange trees
in terracotta vases from the Provencal villages
of Aubagne and Anduze.
Lubéron
stone columns separate the swimming-pool from the
outside bar where ice-creams, drinks and cocktails
are served all day long.
During
autumn, lunches are served in the hotel's lounge
near the fire place.
