How do I book a room with a terrace?
To book a room with a terrace, select a “Privilege” room on the hotel’s booking website or contact the hotel directly for other room categories, as only some rooms in those categories have a terrace.
Is the hotel family-friendly?
Yes, all you need to do is book a Family Suite or a Prestige Triple Room. Connecting rooms are available upon request. A crib, high chair, portable bathtub, booster seat, children’s menu, and babysitting services are also available.
How do I get to the hotel?
If you’re arriving from the Avignon TGV station or Marseille Airport, you can rent a car or take a taxi. The hotel front desk can arrange a taxi for you. Learn more
Is there a restaurant on site?
During your stay, you can enjoy our restaurant, which is open for lunch from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. The restaurant is closed in the evening, but the bar offers a selection of sharing plates, casseroles, and desserts prepared by the chef until 8:30 p.m., by reservation at 18h and subject to availability.
Is the pool heated?
The pool is unheated and open year-round. It is open from 7h to 23h.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, well-trained pets on a leash are allowed (except in the pool area) for an additional fee.
Can I walk to the village from the hotel?
To get to Les Baux-de-Provence, you can take either the departmental road (15 min) or a scenic walking trail through the Alpilles (40 min), followed by a flight of stairs that leads directly to the village center.
