THE ALPILLES CHEESE FACTORY

THE RUEDA FAMILY CHEESE FARM

10 kms from the hotel, a farm nestled in the heart of the Alpilles welcomes those who wish to discover the world of local goat cheese. Our cheesemaker, Mr. Rueda, is happy to share his daily work with his seventy dairy goats and reveal his authentic expertise, passed down with simplicity and passion.

We especially recommend the “tomettes" flavored with olive oil and berries, pepper, or savory, as well as the “brousse" and goat’s milk yogurts.
