Late sleeper or early riser for breakfast on the terrace with the morning sun? As you wish…
The hotel proposes breakfast from 7.30 am to 11.30 am. It is served either in the breakfast room or on the restaurant terrace next to the swimming pool. In autumn, you can enjoy breakfast in the lounge by the fireplace. Room service is also available at no extra charge.
Full breakfast, breakfast à la carte, children’s breakfast, gluten free breakfast, it’s up to you !

Relaxed atmosphere for lunch
Our chef Anthony Somers takes inspiration from local products for you to enjoy the rich culinary heritage of Provence.
With his menu he hopes to encourage you to discover the specialities of the regional natural Parc of the Alpilles and in particular, the olive oil from the Vallée des Baux de Provence which is partly produced from our harvest.
Lunches are served on the terrace from 12.30 pm to 2.30 pm and from 12.30 pm to 3.30 pm in July and August.
Pool snacks and picnic baskets
In July and August, our barmen also offer a snack menu by the pool from 12.30 pm to 6 pm.
Our chef also proposes picnic baskets to take on your excursions.
Our restaurant is closed in the evenings but it’s always possible to have a light refreshment: we serve cold plates, daily specials and desserts up to 9 pm on the terrace, in the lounge or in your room.
The reception is also at your service for advice and making table bookings in one of the numerous restaurants close to the hotel, in the picturesque villages of Paradou, Fontvieill, Maussane les Alpilles and les Baux de Provence.
For special events and small groups from 12 to 35 people, dinner can be arranged, on request, according to your desire.
